Built with a construction-industry collaborator. The concept demo maps 7 operational lanes and 10 clickable handoff scenarios where an agent tracks open items and follows up before they slip, all on simulated data. It was built and deployed the same day as the first pitch conversation, 2026-07-03. A sub-demo runs a 10-point certificate-of-insurance validation against a sample insurance exhibit.

The follow-on was a single-tenant proof-of-concept CRM, built 2026-07-15, that implements the first real workflow: chasing subcontractor compliance documents against a project's insurance requirements.
