Sales and production CRM for storm-restoration roofers, with hail history, claims, e-signed estimates, and an AI ops layer, built on our own storm and permit data.
Competing roofer CRMs sell software and leave leads to a separate vendor. RoofCRM ships with the data layer: every hail strike and unserviced hail-hit parcel in its markets comes from PermitLookup, so lead scoring works on day one.
RoofCRM is a guided sales and production CRM for storm-restoration roofing contractors. It covers the lead pipeline with a hail-history overlay, estimates with e-signature, insurance claims and supplements, jobs, crews and scheduling, and invoicing. On 2026-09-22 it gained Switchboard, an AI ops layer (My day, Feed, Meetings), and an AI Copilot chat assistant.
The current app is a standalone re-platform started on 2026-07-06: React 19 + Vite + TanStack Query + Tailwind 4 on the front, FastAPI + SQLAlchemy 2 + Alembic + PostgreSQL on the back, deployed on Railway. Lead data comes from the PermitLookup warehouse, including 967,254 unserviced hail-hit parcels across 18 Texas counties. Stripe pay links have been live since 2026-09-10.
