AI Order-to-Production Pipeline (client under NDA)
AI vision reads a manufacturer's scanned sales orders and generates shop-floor cut lists and BOMs in their exact spreadsheet format.
Replaces 1-2 hours of manual re-keying per batch, and has caught real data-entry errors in the client's own paperwork on nearly every batch it has processed.
The client is a hardware manufacturer under NDA whose orders arrive as hand-filled, sometimes scanned, sales-order PDFs. The pipeline transcribes each order with Claude vision and generates the two documents the shop floor runs on, a rod-cut list and a components/BOM list, matching the client's own Excel templates exactly and delivering them into the client's Google Drive.
It has been in repeated production use since 2026-07-24, with each multi-day production load verified against the client's own hand-built reference sheets. Along the way it has flagged missing components and misfiled measurements in the source paperwork, which the client has confirmed in writing.
